For Peace is a holistic initiative to co-create a global Culture of Peace, positioned at the intersection of personal development and social transformation.

A collaborative initiative, For Peace is building an embodied, people-powered movement from the bottom up and inside out to elevate consciousness and strengthen participation in politics, policy, and society.

We promote the establishment of a Federal Ministry for Peace in Germany and the adoption of a UN Resolution calling for the creation of cabinet-level Departments of Peace worldwide to build a global architecture for peace.

Violent conflicts are only possible based on a story – on a cultural narrative of separation. Creating real change therefore, must be relationship-centered and it also must be heart-centered in order to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the Earth. Who we choose to be together as a human family defines our shared destiny.

Until we understand that we are all part of an interconnected web of relationships, that includes our so called enemies who we defend against, that includes the forests that we cut down, that includes the animals that we eat, that includes the oceans that we pollute – until we understand that we all are mutually affected peace cannot prevail. But when our interconnectedness becomes conscious peace is not only possible, it is inevitable.
